We launched our Rotary “Read to Succeed!” Initiative on February 28 with FCPS, starting with Twin Ridge Elementary in Mount Airy. The children loved it and our member/readers left exhilarated and looking forward to returning. Every September, the Rotary Club of Frederick resumes one of its most cherished traditions.
