Our club collaborated with the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek again this year to rate and rank Frederick’s entrants in the annual Four-Way Speech contest. The top two contestants, Olivia and Kassidy, will represent our clubs at the District 7620 Semi-finals on April 25 at Glen Burnie High School.
