Built with our fellow Rotarians from RCCC, the yellow submarine was last year’s top vote getter in the Sailing through the Winter Solstice on Carroll Creek contest last year, raising $30,000 for SplashPointT in Baker Park. After spending a little time in dry dock, the Yellow Submarine launched smoothly and looks better than ever! Taking a stroll around the Creek to view the boats, especially at night, is a holiday tradition for many Frederick folks – try to enjoy the Winter Solstice flotilla this year.
