The Rotary Club of Frederick partnered with a local nonprofit, SOAR (Supporting Older Adults through Resources), to adopt some of the seniors they support with their basic needs, including food and emotional support from a distance. Twice a month, Rotarians provide deliveries of fresh, frozen, and canned foods and household items to these seniors, in addition to serving as a resource to connect these seniors with ways to get what they need in safe, secure ways during the pandemic. The Food & More Program is a proud recipient of a $5000 Rotary District 7620 DDF-SHARE Funds grant.
