We joined forces this year with the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek to create the “Rotary Magic” yellow submarine as our entry into Color on the Creek’s 2024-25 “Sailing Through the Winter Solstice” flotilla! Visitors to the annual display can vote for their favorite entries here.

All donations raised through this project go to Splash Point at Baker Park—Frederick County’s inaugural free public splash pad, a vibrant tribute led by the Turner family in memory of their beloved 22-month-old son, Simon. Splash PoinT will be fully ADA accessible, ensuring that everyone can enjoy this exciting community amenity. Thank you for your support!
