Weekly Meeting– 12-1:30 PM
The Rotary Club of Frederick meets every Wednesday from 12:00-1:30 PM at Dutch’s Daughter Restaurant for fun, fellowship, project planning, club business and a brief program of general interest. Meeting fee with lunch is $20. With just a drink and cookie, the meeting fee is $7.

Program: 4-Way Test Speech Contest
Rotary’s 4-Way test contest is a high school speech competition where students deliver persuasive speeches applying Rotary’s ethical framework– the 4 Way test– to a current topic, focusing on whether it is truthful, fair, builts goodwill and is beneficial.
Members in attendance at the meeting listen to the speeches and rate them as to how well each of the 4-Way test components is illustrated and proven.
