Empowered to Live, Inc.

The mission of Empowered to Live is to empower youth and families to lead purpose-driven lives through programs designed to educate, provide resources, increase economic mobility, strengthen families, and build stronger communities.

Empowered to Live seeks to build a talent pipeline that connects resilient youth to local employers who are committed to providing on-the-job training. The Rotary Club of Frederick’s Service Partnership Grant will assist Empowered to Live in launching Project GUIDE (Geared to Understanding and Identifying Desired Employment), a 22-week pre-apprenticeship program for youth ages 16-24 that are economically disadvantaged or have barriers to employment.
