Service Partnership Grants

Every year, the Rotary Club of Frederick awards Service Partnership Grants to local nonprofits whose missions align with Rotary International’s six areas of focus: basic education and literacy, water and sanitation, economic and community development, peace and conflict prevention/resolution, maternal and child health, and health, wellness and disease prevention.

Our hope is that by awarding these worthy organizations with Service Partnership Grants, we can extend their reach into our community and increase their already significant impact even more. These Service Partnership Grants are funded with the proceeds from our annual Leprechaun Luau. A grand total of $50,000 was awarded to ten nonprofit organizations for the 2019-2020 Rotary Year.

Local nonprofits interested in applying for this year’s Service Partnership Grants may apply online here.

During the Club’s 100th year, which started in July of 2020, it was announced that over $100,000 has been earmarked to local nonprofits.

Without the vision and dedication of the Leprechaun Luau committee, all our members who sell and buy tickets or volunteer at the event, and the enthusiastic support of the entire community, this level of community involvement would not be possible. Thank you!
